      Chuck W. Henderson, 49, Rushville, Missouri, died Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at his home. 

      He was born June 14, 1962 to Charles and Alta M. (Calvert) Henderson in St. Joseph, Missouri.

      Mr. Henderson was a laborer for Atchison Leather for 18 years.

      Chuck was an avid outdoorsman and excellent mushroom hunter. He loved being with his family.

      He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Kenneth Henderson.

      Survivors: his daughter, Dakota Henderson, Atchison, Kansas; two brothers, Jeffrey Henderson, Atchison, Kansas and Steve (Nicole) Henderson, Rushville, Missouri; sister, Jennifer Nehl, Atchison, Kansas; two stepchildren, Jeremiah Harvey and Jessica Herrick; one grandson, Braeden Hauk; and “Uncle Buck” was also survived by ten nieces and nephews.

      Care provided by Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.  The Family suggests memorial gifts to Rushville State Bank, 201 Valley, Rushville, MO 64484.

    Chuckie is my cousin haven’t seen him in years, sure had alot of fun growing up. His father and our mother were siblings and spent alot of time in Amazonia, MO. Were always riding the john deere pedal tractors as children rolling up and down Grandma and Grandpa’s hills looking for 4 leaf clovers. He will sure be missed by all of us!
