Virginia N. Gee, 87, Savannah, Missouri died Saturday, April 28, 2012 at a local healthcare facility.
She was born January 18, 1925 to John G. and Viola B. (Vetter) Hoffelmeyer in St. Joseph.
Virginia married Carl Stanton Gee June 12, 1946.
Mrs. Gee enjoyed her flower and vegetable gardens.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Floyd.
Survivors: her husband; son, Roy Gee (Kathleen), Savannah; two grandsons, Timothy Gee (Teri) and Martin Gee (Lacy); three great-granddaughters, Hailey, Gabrielle and Miranda.
Services: 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The Family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. The Family suggests memorial gifts to Shady Lawn Nursing Home.
