Messages of Condolence

  1. Fred Beason says:

My mother and I traveled to Europe in the early 70’s with Opal and three of her sisters. We enjoyed all of them on the trip and got together several times after the trip. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

  2. Sharon Cox Shutts says:

Opal’s daughter, Betty, was one of my best friends in high school, and I remember Bill and his family from school too — all wonderful people. Opal lived on the corner in a pleasant white frame house between the high school & the square, which my friends & I walked many times going from the school to the drug store for lunch and back again. I’d like to send my deepest sympathy to Opal’s family.

  3. Donna Stout Stewart says:

I remember having had Mrs. Yates for my teacher when I went to McKinley Grade School. I have thought of her many times over my now 75 years. She was a kind and considerate teacher. My sympathy for the families.
