Delores Matilda (Schneider) Maag

Delores Matilda (Schneider) Maag, 89, Cosby, Missouri, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017.
She was born July 13, 1928 to Homer and Ethel (Harr) Schneider 2 miles east of Cosby.
Delores married Paul Maag, Jr. January 20, 1949. They lived in the Clarksdale and Cosby community.
She was a graduate from Central High School and attended the Gard Business College. Delores was a member of the Cosby United Methodist Church and served on the Trustee Board, Sunday School and U.M.W.
She worked at various part time jobs. Delores enjoyed her home and flower garden.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Maag; daughter, Mary Elizabeth; parents; sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Richard Hill; brother, H. Fred Schneider.
Survivors include son, Kenneth Maag; sisters, Rosemary Archdekin, Naomi Easter, Clara Archdekin (Jim), Freida Weidmaier and Kathy Schneider.
Farewell Services 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, Cosby Zion United Methodist Church. Inurnment Cosby Zion Cemetery. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Cosby Zion Cemetery, 20545 County Rd 279, Cosby, MO 64436. Online guest book and obituary at
