Kathleen “Kate” Green
1925-2017

Kathleen “Kate” Green, 91, St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Monday April 3, 2017.
She was born October 11, 1925 in Edgerton, Missouri to Herbert and Edith (Williams) DeMoss they preceded her in death.
Kate married James Green December 24, 1941 he preceded her in death August 1, 2016.
She was a beautician for many years then later worked for Mosaic Life Care.
Kate enjoyed going to Joyce Rae Patterson Senior Center.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Maxine Ping.
Survivors include daughters, Rose Dallen, St Joseph, Joyce Carnes (Larry) Smithville; sons, James Green II, St Joseph and Bill Green (Amber) St Joseph; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great–great-grandchild.
Farewell Services 10:00 A.M. Thursday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Dearborn Community Cemetery. The family will gather with friends 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Joyce Rae Patterson Senior Center. Online guest book and obituary at www.meierhoffer.com.
