Obituary for Tom Berry

Thomas H. Berry
1960-2017

Thomas H. Berry, 57, St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017 at his home.
He was born on March 29, 1960 to Rose Mary and Thomas H. Berry.
Mr. Berry was a farmer and worked in South Missouri on a farm for several seasons. He was also an active member at the Community Food Kitchen on Valley Street.
Thomas loved to hunt, fish, re-build old cars, watch movies, eat Chinese, and help people. He had a great sense of humor. He loved his two dogs, Roscoe and Daisy. His pride and joy were his daughter, Becky and two grandsons, Matthew and Jackson. He was loved by his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Followed in death is his father Thomas H. Berry and a granddaughter, McKynlee Hall, both were of DeKalb, Missouri.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Berry of DeKalb, Missouri; daughter, Becky McIntosh of St. Joseph, Missouri; three step-children, Ron (Shanin) Kirkland and Josh (Iris) Kirkland both of St. Joseph and Angie (Rob) Hall of DeKalb, Missouri; six grandchildren, Brianna and Halley Kirkland, Matthew and Jackson McIntosh and Cassidy and Olivia Kirkland all of St. Joseph; mother, Rose Mary and step-father, Charles E. Berry of St. Joseph; four sisters, Debbie (Tim) Russell of Mill Spring, North Carolina, Cindy Berry of Wichita, Kansas, Susan (Rick) Lieffring of St. Joseph and Sharon (Gary) Gray of Springfield, Missouri; and two brothers, Ron Berry and Robert Berry both of St. Joseph.
