• Cemetery deed or grave location
• At least one color photograph of the decedent
• For a video tribute, multiple other photos
• Clothing (including underclothing) items with high neck and long sleeves are preferable
• Jewelry, glasses, personal effects (rosaries, prayer books, medals, etc.)
• Pre-arrangement paperwork (if applicable)
• Social security number of the decedent
• Life Insurance Policies or Certificates
